This tour includes pickup from most New Orleans Area Hotels. Hotel Pickup continues 1/2 hour past Pickup time indicated. Our swamp is located 27 miles from New Orleans Downtown/French Quarter.
As your boat drifts through the waterways, you will learn about the Louisiana Wetlands, the inhabitants of the swamp, particularly the life and habits of the American alligator, as well as the unique history of the Cajun town of Frenier located at this property.
After experiencing the beauty of our swamp, we know you'll enjoy seeing and hearing about our historic places - Jackson Square, French Market, U.S. Mint, Garden District, the "Cities of the Dead", City Park and Much More.
