This Morning Tour offers an enjoyable Swamp tour in combination with a tour of historic San Francisco Plantation and our informative City/Cemetery/Recovery Tour. Pickup from Most New Orleans Area hotels begins at 8:00am and continues for 30 minutes. Return Time is 5:30PM.

San Francisco Plantation - Built in 1837, this galleried, Steamboat Gothic style home is the only authentically restored home on Old River Road. It is a galleried home in a unique Steamboat Gothic Style.

After touring San Francisco Plantation, you will stop for a quick bite to eat at a local restaurant. Lunch is "own your own".

The, you'll join our 12Noon Swamp Tour for an informative and entertaining experience in the beautiful Manchac Swamp. As your boat drifts through the waterways, you will learn about the Louisiana wetlands, the inhabitants of the swamp, particularly the life and habits of the American Alligator, as well as the unique history of the area.

The City tour begins in an area largely unaffected by the hurricane, the historic French Quarter and then takes you into parts of the city still recovering from Hurricane Katrina. Then, you'll enjoy touring the beautiful Garden District.
